60-90 minute session to review birth options
We will develop a birth plan according to your preferences
Payment must be paid in full at time of booking
Includes:
2 prenatal visits
Labor & birth support (in person, from active labor through 1-2 hours postpartum)
1 postpartum visit
Unlimited text/email support from hire date through 2 weeks postpartum
Payments must be paid in full by 37 weeks
*Postpartum doula in training, discounted rate until certification*
Hourly Rate Includes:
Newborn care
Meal prep
Emotional support
Light housework
Sibling care
3 hour minimum per shift, payment due at the end of each visit
Meet Monica
Hi, I'm Monica. I'm a birth doula and postpartum doula-in-training serving families in the St Clair, Lapeer, Oakland, and Macomb counties. My heart for this work came from a lifelong passion for nurturing others, creating calm in chaotic moments, and supporting women through life's most transformative moments.
I believe every person deserves to feel held, informed, and emotionally supported as they bring new life into the world. To me, birth is not just a medical event, but an emotional, sacred, and natural experience.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and empowering. I offer evidence-based information, gentle emotional guidance, and hands-on comfort measures tailored to your needs. I show up to help you feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported throughout your journey.
Outside of birth work, you'll usually find me reading, learning, and embracing intentional living. My goal is to bring that same warmth into my work as a doula.
